Forced Prophecy by Mackenzie Williams #MFM #Paranormal #Contemporary #Erotic #Romance #BDSM

Blurb:

Addison Mitchell is still madly in love with the Stone twins, Luke and Gabe. After she has a strange vision, however, Luke starts to abuse his mental connection with her, overstepping his bounds. Addison begins to resent him and even worse, thinks about running away. So when she comes up missing, the brothers don't know what to think.

Meanwhile, Jett has returned with a new plan to get Addison for himself. Jett is going to force her to listen to what he believes to be true. He wants her to hear for herself the prophecy that says she belongs to him. Jett and a few of his warlock friends plan on kidnapping Addison and bringing her back to meet a very powerful magical man, Shadow. Jett's plan is halted when the compound is viciously attacked but not everyone will make it out of this battle alive...

Adult Excerpt:

Luke pulled his fingers from her and Addison gasped at the loss. Her pussy wasn’t lonely for long, though. Luke quickly went to his knees and wasted no time leaning his face into her. Addison huffed out her deep breath as his tongue touched her.

Just as he parted her pussy lips with his tongue, swiping up and gathering some of her cum, Gabe pressed his chest up against her back. This kept her more stable as Luke worked. Gabe brought his hands up and grabbed her tits, massaging them roughly as Luke flicked his tongue over her clit.
Addison’s legs started to tremble. Her shoulders were starting to burn from being in the same hanging position but she wasn’t quite ready to stop. Luke hummed against her clit and Addison moaned loudly. Her clit was starting to become sore and so were her breasts as Gabe continued to work them.

“It’s time to get her down.” Gabe’s words flowed over her shoulder.

Luke responded against her pussy lips by nodding his head up and down, letting his tongue slide through her lips. Addison’s whole body quivered. These men were almost too much for her. Almost. Luke’s face didn’t leave her pussy as Gabe released her breasts and went to work on her wrists.
He released her left arm first and held it in his hand. Gabe very slowly guided her arm down to her side. Her muscles screamed out as blood rushed down to her fingers. Luke grabbed her ass then, pressing her body even further against his face. His tongue was now very slowly slipping in and out of her cunt. Addison’s legs trembled again as her next orgasm built up.

Gabe followed the same procedure on her right arm, slowly letting it hang down. Again, pain ran through her and she whimpered. Luke gave her clit one more flick with his tongue causing her whole body to jerk. He finally came off her cunt and smiled up at her. Addison could see her juices coating his lips and face.

“So nice,” both brothers said in unison.

* * * *

Gabe inspected Addison’s backside. She had pretty pink stripes on her ass and thighs. He closed his eyes and exhaled. He knew that his needs were a bit harsher than Luke’s and he also knew that it killed his brother, just a little, to stand there and watch it but Gabe couldn’t help it. He held it in as much as possible but sometimes, it needed out.

Truthfully, there was much, much more inside him. If Gabe unleashed himself completely, Addison would still be strung up and would be covered in those pretty stripes. He knew that on some level she enjoyed mixing pain and pleasure. He also knew that she had a deep need to serve, to please.

Both of these aspects of Addison made him love her and he assumed that some of his dangerousness was what she loved about him. Gabe didn’t know the entire story behind his own dark desires but he couldn’t erase them. He needed power. He needed to hear her scream out. He just hoped there wouldn’t come a day where this stifled BDSM element would cease to pacify him.

Luke was starting to stand in front of Addison. Gabe could feel that his twin was calmer now that he had tasted her desire and pleasure. Gabe stood and waited for his brother to make the next move. Gabe had taken control enough for now.

Luke did just that then. He grabbed Addison by the face and pulled her into a kiss. Her body tensed for just a second at his sudden move but then she relaxed into his kiss. Gabe lightly rubbed his hand over her bare ass as they continued their kiss.

Finally, Luke released her face. They were both breathing heavily. Gabe then let his hand move down her ass and between her legs. His hand cupped her pussy from behind. His fingertips wet themselves in her juices. She responded nicely with a slight wiggle of her ass.

Luke spoke as he pulled Addison toward the bed. “Gabe, let’s make this a little easier for her.”

Gabe knew exactly what his twin wanted. He wanted Gabe to slowly open her for them both so this double taking was less painful. Luke obviously wanted the rest to be slightly softer, as soft as taking two men could be. Gabe snorted under his breath as he quickly turned and headed toward his dresser.
He retrieved a silver metal butt plug and turned back to find the other two climbing onto his bed. Luke laid down on his back and guided Addison to lay on top of him, but down a bit farther so her face was below his chest. She opened her legs so her knees were on the bed, in between his. Luke was brushing her hair off to one side of her back as Gabe returned to them.

“The best sight I could hope for.” Gabe reached up and ran a hand over her skin where the bright pink lines still showed. A few were even raised. “Addison, tell me what you’re thinking.”

She whimpered slightly as Gabe’s hand ran down her ass crack toward her pussy. With her legs open, her ass and pussy were nicely exposed and widened. Gabe swiped his finger through the very edge or her pussy lips and watched her arms quiver a little.

“I want my boys to take me. I want my men to come in me.”

Gabe’s lips lifted into a crooked smile. “We can do that for her. Can’t we, Luke?”

Suddenly, Luke brought both hands down onto her ass cheeks, causing a soft yelp to come from her.

He pulled on each cheek, opening her asshole further. “Certainly.”

Review of Dragon Fall by Katie MacAlister. And a Preview Of Kari Thomas' PNR Novel- Her Demon, His Angel

Dragon Fall by Katie MacAlister
Rating: 3.5 Hearts

Review-

Don’t be shy. You have to admit that Dragons are cool! And I love that there are more and more dragon books in the Paranormal Romance genre as time goes by. Even though I’m not a fan of the First Person Point of View (POV) I have always enjoyed author Katie MacAlister’s dragon Series. She creates strong heroines and sexy alpha males, mixes in a lot of humor, and adds notable secondary characters. Saying that, I still find I have mixed feelings about the newest one, Book 1 of the Black Dragon Series, “Dragon Fall”.

There is Aoife, the quirky-but-strong heroine. Considering all that she goes through, it’s a stretch to find that she survived mentally at all. Then, there is dragon shifter Kostya (a favorite from past dragon books in the set of series). His alpha attitude gets very predictable and annoying way too early. And there is Jim. The talking demon dog (gotta love that!). A curse and an all-important Ring round out the story. But, this story doesn’t read quite as coherent or fulfilling as the author’s past books. There are questions left unanswered, unsatisfying. The attraction between Aoife and Kostya feels a little too easy. It’s harder to accept their love, so fast in the beginning. The humor is a bit forced in places. Still, I would recommend Readers to give this book a chance, because we all have different opinions and others might find it a Keeper for their dragon books collection.

BLURB:

Sara Winters never had reason to acknowledge the existence of Angels or Demons. Not until a rare being, half angel and half demon, rescues her from a demon attack. As an antique book dealer she has spent her adult life looking for one particular, mysterious Book, and her search has led her straight into Drake Domitaine’s arms.

Drake doesn’t have time to deal with a frail human woman but he has to protect her from the very same demons that are now planning a war on the human race.
Sara and Drake’s fated love is doomed from the start. Or is it? Can a human woman and Angel-Demon be together? It’s now a race against time to find the Book which has become an important part of pending war to save humankind.  And in the end, will Sara and Drake overcome the insurmountable odds of their love continuing?

EXCERPT:

She returned her attention to Drake. His handsome, brooding features were drawn, tense. His hands clutched the steering wheel tight. His entire body language practically shouted danger. He was definitely a mystery she wasn’t sure she wanted to try and decipher. One secret was all she could handle at a time. It took her a few minutes of reasoning to realize that she was almost sure he wasn’t the killer who had been stalking her search from day one. Although each situation with finding the dead men had shocked her into deep fear, she still hadn’t felt that strange vibe Drake gave off. Drake scared her to death, yet kept her off balance feeling as though she knew him. None of that had been present the other times. Yet, she had a feeling the strange shadow from earlier had something to do directly with the killer. Someone didn’t want her discovering the truth about the men’s deaths. Someone—or something—not natural. What Drake had to do with it all was just as baffling.

And she had the deep-gut feeling that Drake Domitaine was just as dangerous as the unknown killer. Maybe even more so.

“Damn it all to hell,” Drake muttered under his breath. Sara felt the car’s speed increase. If he didn’t slow down, they were going to get caught for speeding. Or worse, they’d end up in an accident. Although, one look at the harshness of his features and she knew that stating the obvious right then wasn’t a smart idea. Grinding her teeth together, she kept her mouth shut.

Drake braked and swerved the car off the highway and onto a narrow road without a street sign. Her father had lived in Phoenix for years. She had seldom visited and wasn’t as familiar with the area as Drake obviously was. On either side of the paved road, tall desert scrubs and countless palm trees littered the scenery. The road itself had only one-lane, and it twisted and curved sharply every few yards. Despite the harrowing turns, Drake never slowed the car’s speed. Thank you for seat belts!

A few minutes later he turned the car around a sharp bend and a small cottage loomed directly at the end of the road. Sara didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary about the house, with its whitewashed stucco, single-level size, no garage, and its bare minimum landscaping of desert scenery.

In front of the house Drake stomped on the car brakes, bringing it to a teeth-rattling stop. He yanked the keys from the ignition and jerked open the car door. With a terse, “Get out,” he jumped from the car and headed for the front door. She reluctantly followed, not sure what to think about his unsettling behavior.

By the time she reached the door, he was inside and waiting for her. As soon as she crossed the threshold, he grabbed her arm, pulled her further into the entry hall and slammed the door behind her. Waiting for her eyes to adjust to the inner darkness she heard the unmistakable sound of dead bolts—several of them—being shoved in place. Turning around to see better, she gasped.

The locks weren’t just mere deadbolts. They were wide, solid steel bars that crisscrossed across the width of the door and bolted to both sides. She counted four. That door was barricaded like Fort Knox now.

And she was trapped inside.

Book Review: YA Novel, The Witches of Proposal Rock by Kristin Burchell. And a Bonus!

Review:

THE WITCHES OF PROPOSAL ROCK is a period piece set in 1660 New England, a time when it wasn’t a good thing to be labeled a “witch”.  And Kristen Burchell paints a vivid picture using all a reader’s senses. She weaves colors, smells and tastes together until the reader is living the story.

And fear runs rampant in this village, with good reason. The Devil himself lurks up on the Rock…Proposal Rock.  But there is a reason people, usually women, are willing to risk the climb up the mountain because there is magic up on the hill. Those (un)lucky enough to come face-to-face with Amabel “the witch of Proposal Rock” just might be rewarded for their efforts. But, only the desperate are brave enough to make the climb.

Sixteen year old Anne is one of those desperate enough to face the Devil. She needs to fix things or at least do something aft r she shares a kiss with her best friend’s husband. But once she makes the journey and meets Amabel, it isn’t so easy to return to her everyday life. Anne discovers she possesses mysterious powers of her own. And the Devil isn’t ready to let her go.

When Anne meets a young man and begins to fall in love, she starts to suspect his intentions.
Anne faces the truth of her own gift but her neighbors quickly turn on her. She is left with a horrible decision and either choice will change her life forever.

(Definitely a book worth reading, if you enjoy mystery, romance and period pieces…oh and a little magic.)

With her uncle’s minions close on their heels, Isabella finds herself drawing closer to Fernando. But as the desire between them builds, her secret could keep them apart forever…

Excerpt:

On a shuddering breath, Isabella searched the market for any means of escape and found none. Too many people pressed close with no clear route from the area. If only she could see what was behind her, she might find a way out.
A quick glance showed even more people and cramped stalls, proving how trapped she was. The eunuch’s high-pitched shout suddenly rose above the slaver’s angry growl. Wanting away from them, she inched back. The eunuch dashed to her right, blocking her. The slaver to her left and reached for her robe.
Piercing wails filled the heated air.
Isabella stiffened. The slaver’s hand fell from her. He and the eunuch turned toward the sounds. Two dark-robed women pressed their hands to their veiled mouths. Children had stopped playing, their youthful eyes widened in wonder or fear at an aged man. His white beard trailed down his chest, and infirmity bent his tall frame, forcing him to keep his face lowered. He wore a turban and full robe, the voluminous fabric hiding the contours of his body.
Suddenly, he thrust his hand into a fire used to cook some manner of food.
Many in the crowd gasped. A young girl backed into a basket of olives, toppling it. The fruit rolled across the ground until it reached a pool of spilled honey where a black cat prowled.
The aged man kept his hand in the fire without bellowing in pain. He chose three smoking coals, tossing the hot embers from his right hand to his left much as jugglers did at fairs with brightly colored balls.
This was no fair nor was he a juggler, but a fakir, a holy man.
Isabella had heard tales of such beings who traveled the Arab territories. Fakirs had no homes or commerce, begging for food as they roamed from place to place, performing amazing feats to shock everyone, as he did now. Merchants, free women, and children waited to see what the strange man would do next.
With no one watching her, Isabella prepared to break into a run, to lose herself in the throng.
The fakir tilted his face and met her gaze.
Her heart caught. His eyes were arresting and strangely beautiful, his gaze so intent she stepped back. His expression changed. With a hard frown, he seemed to warn her to remain where she was. He turned to the eunuch and slaver, crying to them in Arabic, his voice reedy with age.
Her stomach churned. Was he warning them of her intent to flee?
When he looked back at her, raw power lit his expression, holding her to the spot.
Even if she’d wanted to move, she couldn’t now. The eunuch and slaver stared at her.
The air grew heavier than before and far too still. The slaver adjusted his weight from foot to foot as he and the eunuch spoke to the fakir. The holy man answered in kind, juggling the hot coals. He drew closer to them, his movements inefficient and tottering, no different from a babe. The slaver stepped back. The eunuch did not. His shrill voice rose in what sounded like an oath. The fakir hobbled closer, the hot coals jumping more slowly between his hands. At last he responded, his voice low.
The eunuch scowled and shouted a string of foul-sounding words. The fakir grabbed the eunuch’s throat, pressing the hot coals to it. Squealing in agony, the eunuch fell to the ground, rocking and mewling.
Frightened sounds rippled through the crowd. The holy man spoke to the spectators, who exchanged glances with each other and shuffled back.
The fakir grabbed more hot coals from another fire and staggered toward the slaver. Unlike the eunuch, the slaver offered no retort as he stepped back quickly. The fakir followed. It was a strange dance, the fakir plodding forward a step, the slaver retreating the same distance as he focused on the newest coals.
Again, Isabella realized no one noticed her. Before she could think to escape, the fakir was at her side, clutching her hair in his free hand, shouting at the others.
Again, they backed away.
He yanked Isabella toward him and whispered in Castilian, “When I release you, grasp your throat and cry out. Your freedom and life depend upon it. Do you understand?”
Her heart hammered so wildly she could barely breathe, much less think. With no time to consider why he would help her, she nodded.
The fakir shouted something to the others then brought the coals close enough for her to feel their heat. She clutched her throat and wailed.
The slaver spoke hurriedly, his words seeming to beg for mercy.
The fakir lifted the hot coals to his mouth and blew. Flames poured from his parted lips. Screams tore through the crowd with more than a few bolting.
The fakir gripped her wrist, his touch steel.
Again, he lifted the coals to his lips. Flames shot out of his mouth, which he directed to the black silk hanging on a stall. The cloth caught fire. He bolted, pulling her with him.
She struggled to keep up as they dashed through the narrow streets of the market, past stalls and startled people. Behind them, men shouted. She glanced over. Guards pursued them. The fakir ran faster, forcing her to follow. They darted down one cramped street after another. He knocked over goods deliberately. Both of them dodged buyers. Finally, he rushed into an unattended shop offering a variety of baskets.
Before she could question why this place was empty of a merchant or buyers, the fakir pushed her toward a shadowed corner near the entrance and shielded her with his body. She was so close to him her face and breasts pressed against his surprisingly muscular back. He shifted his weight. An object beneath his robe tapped her knee. She looked down at a long, thin outline hidden by the fabric. A sword?

It’s a big part of their sex life, and one they’ll miss badly.

They try to find a way around their unfortunate predicament, but it’s not easy. In the end, Tristan declares that he will either spank Jayme’s bottom properly, or not at all.

The prospect of no spanking at all dismays Jayme, but she has no other choice. Or does she? Continuing to put her mind towards the issue, she indulges in some solo experimentation, with mixed results.
But how will Tristan feel when he finds out his wife has gone behind his back?

-----

Excerpt:

“You know what this fucking means, don’t you?” Tristan said loudly, slamming his car keys onto the hall’s side table and storming into the kitchen.

Jayme followed him quickly, her heart racing. Tristan rarely got angry—sure, he often pretended she’d done something wrong and faked being pissed off about it when they played D/s scenes, but real anger–it was something that just didn’t happen. She wasn’t quite sure what had sparked it, either. The news had been unfortunate, yes. Inconvenient, yes, but it wasn’t the end of the world. Tristan’s only choice was to take the doctor’s advice.

“Um, I take it you mean aside from the obvious?” she ventured quietly, not wanting to piss him off even more.

“Yes,” he said on a heavy sigh, making it clear his anger and frustration weren’t aimed at her. “Come here, you.”

He held out his arms, and when she went into them he hugged her tightly and kissed the top of her head.

“Fucking hell, Jayme, I’m really going to miss spanking that beautiful arse of yours.”

“And I’m going to miss you doing it,” she murmured into his chest. Then, pulling back so she could make eye contact, continued, “But we’ll cope. There’s loads of other stuff we can do—we can still have fun. As much as I love it, it’s not worth making the problem worse, or screwing up your recovery once you’ve had the op. Your health is more important, babe.”

“Mmm…” came the reply, along with a very displeased expression.

“Hey,” Jayme said sharply, raising her eyebrows, “you might be in charge in the bedroom, mister, but I’m putting my foot down here. Hopefully you’ll get a date through for the operation really soon. And the sooner you have the op, the sooner you’ll be recovered and we can get back to normal. In the meantime”—she grinned widely—“we’ll just have to get creative, won’t we?”

Much to Jayme’s relief, Tristan finally smiled. “You’re right, as always, wife of mine. Clearly I’m not happy about this—fucking carpal tunnel bollocks, spoiling all our fun—but it could be a lot worse, I suppose. At least they’re not operating on my dick!”

“True.” She giggled. “That would take some creativity of epic proportions!”

Excerpt:

Grandma O flipped the light switch to what she called my office and stood just inside the door, her soft features and gentle smile inviting me in. I shivered, poised one step away, with a strange yet familiar emotion rushing through me—an awareness that the instant I entered, my life would be forever changed. Again.

Was this Matthew’s plan all along? They all seemed in on it, the thought making me feel railroaded and agitated, yet oddly aroused and enchanted too. Unsure how to deal with such conflicting emotions, I moved forward, looking to Grandma O for answers as I walked through.

The office was spacious, slightly smaller than Matthew’s, with a mahogany desk in the far corner and in front of an expansive bank of floor-to-ceiling windows. I ran my fingertips along the colorful wall of psychology books and periodicals as I walked along, passing a leather couch on my way to the desk, my desk, and paused in front of an empty nook within the bookcase.

It struck me as odd, the cold wooden surface needing something to spruce it up, make it mine. I had to think about that, my anxiety making it difficult to ponder the issue, my restlessness preventing me from staying in one place.

I moved to the windows and stared out the tiny cracks between the blinds, the world outside just as complicated as the one I had chosen to live in.

“We all read your master’s thesis,” Grandma O said, her voice pulling me out of my thoughts. “It’s obvious you have a natural gift for research and writing.”

I turned and looked at her, questioning how they’d gotten their hands on a copy.

Sedation in the ICU: Patient Accounts of Their Dreams, Their Pain, Their Fears; I hadn’t published it. As it was, after countless hours revisiting old charts and conducting hundreds of interviews, I’d never been more nervous or scared the instant it was pulled from my tight grip to be placed into the hands of someone who would actually read it. There was no way I’d ever publish it, opening myself up to a world filled with critics.

“If you’re wondering, Dr. Moi is a personal friend of Professor Marienetti. The sexual fantasies accounted for and described within your research were fascinating, probably more so than Dr. Marienetti could digest. We’re baffled as to why you chose not to publish. The results, Jess, are far reaching, from ICUs to dentists’ offices. You have a special gift; embrace it.”

She walked toward me and leaned her back against the wall, her gaze drinking in the room.

“This office has been vacant, just waiting for you. You could do great things here.” She patted my arm, her grandmotherly smile telling me it would all be okay. “I’m next door if you need anything.”

Embrace it, I thought, watching as she walked out the door. I’d heard that advice before—from Matthew. I sighed and looked down upon the desk, the one I knew would take me a while to start calling my own.
My desk, my office, my couch, it all sounded quite foreign. I wasn’t sure if I liked it or not.

Hi It's The New Year And Guess What I'm Doing! Writing... Book 2 in The Love Play Matchmaking Service

I have been furiously working on the sequels to my first book... of which book 3 is done, book 2 is the one that is the WIP.  I know that's weird to have the third book completed before the second book but it's the way my brain works!

But since you've been so patient through all of my announcements-- the Book is coming, the Book is coming. Here is a sample of what I've written...

Snippet Excerpt-- please note this is a draft that has not been edited!

He felt the need to clam up.  Silence built up inside him as the sense of dread filled him.  It was the same feeling he had when he'd been out in the Afghan bush with his buddies.  He always knew when the enemy was around because that sense of danger welled up within him.  It never failed him before that's why he relied on it now.

“I see you've decided not to continue speaking.  I respect that.  However I will continue.  From what I understand a man your respect and care about recommended this service to you.  He has personally dealt with them and explained to you in detail about their dealings.  You are a healthy, vibrant and strong man who by every right should be married and settled down now except for the fact that you're fears are holding you back.  Vander, you work for one of the largest and most successful security firm's in the Detroit area.  Your work places you in some vicarious situations yet you come out unscathed.  Surely something as little as a blind date couldn't bring you to your knees.”

Vander glared at her.  Of course he could handle a blind date.  Women were easy to deal with, throw them a few compliments, sit back be quiet and let them talk.  At least that's all he had to do with his female clients.  But then again, he wasn't required to interact with them just protect them.  He considered her words.  He was no coward.  And it would take a lot for him to back down from a challenge.  This was only a date not an incursion into an enemy camp.

“You're right.  I can do this.  In fact, I will.”

“Excellent,” she said placing her pad and paper in her desk drawer.  “When do you plan to contact them.”

“As soon as I get home.”

----

So that's it for now...  It has a cool title too but you'll have to wait for that too.

And don't forget the first book in the series is available now..

Excerpt:

One thing I knew: I wasn’t that woman anymore. I wouldn’t be her anymore.

My heart was racing at the thought of being separated from Matthew by only the door, and I watched as it opened, knowing he stood mere feet away. I drew in a deep breath to calm my frantic nerves and steady my racing heart. It was the moment my eyes would see him again, and the same moment I knew all involuntary muscle movements would cease.

As Matthew stepped in and around the door, his alluring eyes captured me. The feeling was nothing new. I’d been imprisoned by his gaze before. And locked in it again, I watched as he drifted to me, the indisputable chemistry between us palpable and absolute. His mesmerizing eyes had hypnotized my burning soul, completely bewitching me.

“Hello, Jessica,” he murmured, pointing to an open area of the bed. “Mind if I sit?”

I gave a slight shake of my head, having difficulty forming the simple word “no,” and watched as he made himself comfortable facing me. His crisp charcoal-colored trousers bunched as he scooted on the bed. My sight roamed along his classic plum-colored dress shirt and stopped searching once I focused on his face.

Review:

“Seeking Love was a poignant and beautifully written love story about Jessica, a woman suffering from depression after some horrific personal experiences, and Matthew, the man secretly in love with her.

There were tons of magical moments between them, and the one-liners had me sighing or laughing out loud as fast as they came. The tension kept the story moving forward, and as their journey continued, there was enough mystery to make you go "Ahhh, so that's why that happened!" Matt's strength was the perfect foil for Jessica's weaknesses, and it became a lodestone of sorts, pulling her away from her darkness. But with any magnet, there has to be some metal in the object for it to attract to it, and Jessica's hidden inner strength was that metal. Her depression had taken over her life, painting her surroundings as only those who have suffered with it can tell you.

Despite her struggles, there was a theme of hope throughout which kept the story moving forward. It was a very real and captivating story with steamy, well-written love scenes. It's one of those reads you get lost in for hours and don't even realize it!

Great debut! I can't wait for Book 2!”
